You are a finite commodity. And yet, I bet you have been trying to split yourself like a superhero so you can be everything to everyone all the time. Constantly choosing what and who comes first can leave you feeling frustrated.
Out of balance.
And if you are displaced, how can you create believable characters?
In a word: YOGA. I’m here to share how yoga can unite you with your best self, physically and emotionally, so that you are ready to write and create from the deepest sacred space within.
I will explain the 8 Limbs of Yoga, and we will do some physical exercises to assist your writing, as well as discuss in length how putting yourself first, actually prepares you to be there for others, whether real or imagined.
I am so excited to have the opportunity to share how yoga can open and balance, inspire and direct us to connect with the amazing magic of the writers soul, and sustain that magic through the in and outs of our daily life.
